4. Orders and Payment

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment: We accept secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).

5. Delivery Policy

Instant Delivery: In most cases, digital codes are delivered instantly to your account dashboard or email upon successful payment.
Delays: Occasionally, orders may be subject to manual verification which can cause a slight delay. If you do not receive your order within 24 hours, please contact our support.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No Refunds: Once a digital code has been delivered or viewed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Exceptions: Refunds or replacements are only offered if the code provided is proven to be invalid or used before delivery date.
Warranty: We provide a 14-day warranty on our products solely covering technical issues with the code itself (e.g., invalid code). You must report any issue within this period.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose. You may not use stolen payment methods or attempt to defraud the system. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and your account will be banned.

8. Limitation of Liability

3ds1.net is a reseller and is not responsible for any changes made by the game developers or platform owners (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, Roblox) regarding the value or validity of the codes.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the products, including but not limited to account bans imposed by game publishers due to violation of their specific terms of service.
