This Usage Policy outlines the acceptable use of the 3ds1.net website and the digital products available on our platform. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with the guidelines set forth below.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all users of 3ds1.net, including registered members and guests purchasing digital codes, gift cards, or game credits (“Products”).

2. Proper Use of Digital Codes

Region Matching: It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify that the region of the digital code matches the region of their account (e.g., A US PlayStation card will strictly not work on a Saudi account). 3ds1.net is not liable for region mismatches caused by user error.
Redemption: Codes should be redeemed immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for codes that are lost, stolen, or used by third parties after we have successfully delivered them to your email or account dashboard.
Non-Transferable: Once a code is viewed or delivered, it is considered “used” by our system and cannot be transferred to another user or returned.

3. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Fraudulent Transactions: Using stolen credit cards, compromised PayPal accounts, or any illegitimate payment method.
VPN/Proxy Use: Using VPNs or Proxies to mask your location during purchase to bypass security filters is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate order cancellation.
Reselling: Purchasing codes for the sole purpose of unauthorized reselling on other platforms without our written consent is prohibited.
Abuse of System: Any attempt to exploit bugs, hack the website, or use automated bots to purchase stock is a violation of this policy.

4. Verification Process

To prevent fraud, 3ds1.net reserves the right to request additional verification for any order, regardless of value. This may include:

Requesting ID verification.
Confirming ownership of the payment method used.
Failure to Comply: If a user refuses to provide the necessary verification within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded (subject to payment gateway processing times).

5. Wallet and Store Credit (If Applicable)

If you maintain a balance in your 3ds1.net wallet, this credit can only be used to purchase products on our site.
Wallet credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to outside bank accounts.
We reserve the right to forfeit wallet balances in cases of confirmed fraudulent activity or severe violation of these policies.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to keep all products in stock, availability is subject to change without notice.
In the event of a stock error (purchasing an item that is out of stock), we will either process a full refund or offer a replacement of equal value, based on the user’s preference.

7. Violation of Policy

Failure to adhere to this Usage Policy may result in:

Immediate cancellation of pending orders.
Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Reporting of fraudulent activities to relevant legal authorities and payment processors.
